If the seal is not broken then we accept the product, but if in case the seal is broken then we do not accept the product.
Customers can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same or lesser price.
If the seal is broken
One customer cannot return or replace the same product twice and the same customer cannot return more than 3 products.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Serial Number/Batch Number has tampered
Product has been consumed more than 50%
